Prefer to customize?
- Send us an email with your desired configuration (see Synthia’s page for customization options). You're free to mix and match body parts, finishes, displays, etc.
- No payment is needed up front. We’ll review your request and reply with a quote, or ask for clarifications if necessary.
- Once we agree on everything—specs, pricing, delivery—we’ll send payment details. You’ll have 2 weeks to confirm with payment.
- After receiving payment, we’ll begin assembly of your custom robot and ship it straight to your address once it’s ready.
- You’ll get a tracking number and direct support from our team at every step.
